Dynamic Construction Group

Bryan Egan brings 35 years of construction experience in Las Vegas to his role as Chief Operating Officer of Dynamic Construction Group. His background encompasses ground-up construction, major renovations, commercial conversions, tenant improvements, and work within occupied facilities. His experience spans hospitality and gaming, healthcare, industrial and distribution facilities, commercial multifamily, restaurants, fuel and convenience retail, education, and public works.

His project portfolio includes work on properties such as Bellagio, Caesars Palace, and MGM Grand, as well as healthcare facilities, distribution developments, and the Google Data Center. His experience also includes Elysian at Skye Canyon and One Queensridge Place—projects that add multifamily development, vertical construction, and high-end living environments to his commercial background.

Beyond the variety of projects, Bryan’s experience encompasses the coordination that complex construction demands: building systems and infrastructure, luxury finishes, phased operations, restricted-access logistics, and multiple trades working toward a coordinated schedule. That background informs his approach to planning construction around both the physical work and the people and operations it affects.

At Dynamic, Bryan’s responsibilities center on preconstruction, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Design-Build, project controls, project delivery, and business development. He focuses on connecting early project decisions with field execution—aligning scope, budget, scheduling, procurement, and communication before construction begins and maintaining that coordination through closeout.

Working alongside CEO Bryan Singleton, Bryan is helping shape Dynamic’s next phase of commercial growth. His priorities include bringing greater emphasis to early contractor involvement, clearly defined delivery responsibilities, and executive accountability as Dynamic pursues high-end commercial developments, renovations, senior living centers, and senior community centers. The objective is to build lasting relationships with developers and owners by connecting extensive construction experience with a practical plan for each assignment.
