An electrician by trade, Bryan spent eight years meticulously progressing from an apprentice to a journeyman. During this time, he worked extensively on residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the metro area, developing a profound understanding of the building trades from the ground up. At age 26, he co-founded an electrical company that eventually grew into a large-scale operation with 200 employees and offices across five states. This early success served as the primary catalyst for his current career evolution.

Established in 2023, Dynamic Construction Group represents the culmination of his vast industry experience. As the company's owner, Bryan focuses on commercial construction, residential projects, and tenant improvements. Under his leadership, the firm operates as a boutique, family-oriented organization based out of Independence, Missouri. His team is built on a commitment to quality craftsmanship, transparent project execution, and building strong client relationships from concept through completion. The company proudly holds Contractor License #2024-0010957 and is an active member of the Independence Chamber of Commerce.
Interests Outside the Office
Today, Bryan is the owner of several thriving businesses, including Dynamic Construction Group. Outside of his demanding professional life, he is completely dedicated to his wife, Miranda, and their two sons. He enjoys traveling with his family, spending quality time with his wife, and actively attending his sons' baseball games. When he is not on a job site or with his family, you can often find him playing a relaxing round of golf.
