Bryan Singleton
Owner
Bryan Singleton is an entrepreneur with a diverse background in multimedia, music, real estate, and retail. However, construction has always been the primary engine for his business growth. His core passion remains building and delivering on his clients' visions.
An electrician by trade, Bryan spent eight years progressing from apprentice to journeyman, working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the metro area. At age 26, he co-founded an electrical company that eventually grew into a large-scale operation with 200 employees and offices across five states. This success served as the catalyst for his current career evolution.
Today, Bryan is the owner of several businesses, including Dynamic Construction Group. Outside of his professional life, he is dedicated to his wife, Miranda, and their two sons. He enjoys traveling with his family, attending his sons' baseball games, spending time with his wife, and playing golf.
John Trussell
Group Controller
As Dynamic Construction Group’s controller, John Trussell manages all of the company’s finances and accounting. He has several years of experience as an accounting controller in the construction and property management fields. Prior to joining the team, John worked in local government as an education, training, and outreach supervisor. An educator by trade, he spent his first ten years professionally as a special education teacher in the Kansas City metro area.
John is husband to the world’s greatest mom and father of two incredibly amazing boys. He spends much of his free time coaching his sons’ baseball and football teams. Outside of work and sports, John enjoys being in nature, taking in the outdoors whenever he can. An avid outdoorsman, he loves boating, floating, hiking, fishing, and exploring the Lord’s incredible creation. Beyond his family, his passions include the Miami Dolphins, the Chicago Cubs, Batman, and all things nerdy.

Kody Lamming
Project Manager
Kody is the father of a beautiful three-year-old daughter and is married to Chelsea Lamming, an amazingly supportive partner. He studied marketing management and is proud to be one of the project managers at Dynamic Construction Group.
Kody has been in the construction field for over fifteen years. He specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, paying close attention to every detail in his projects. His favorite part of the job is meeting clients, discussing their dreams for their home, and bringing those ideas to life, all while making friends with the clients’ pets.
Kody likes to say, “If the sky is the limit, how did we get footprints on the moon?”
Steve Leshovsky
Project Manager
Steve has been a resident of the Kansas City metro area for 41 years and has a deep appreciation for the historical and architectural significance of the city and surrounding areas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, woodworking and carpentry projects, as well as camping, canoeing, and fishing during the spring and summer months.
After high school, Steve began an apprenticeship with a local electrical contractor while completing four years of school and on-the-job training to earn an AAS in Electrical Theory through MCCKC and the Associated Builders and Contractors. Over his 23 years in the construction trades, Steve has gained extensive knowledge of all aspects of the building process and enjoys sharing his expertise with the next generation of professionals.
Greg Quinn
Superintendent
Greg is a dedicated professional who began a journey of service and achievement early in life. He enlisted in the Army at the age of 18, demonstrating his commitment to hard work and punctuality from the start. At 22, Greg transitioned to the construction industry, channeling his dedication into a successful career spanning over 27 years.
Throughout his extensive career, Greg has earned a reputation for his attention to detail and commitment to his craft. Beginning with humble roles, his relentless pursuit of excellence has made him a respected figure in the renovation sector. Greg’s ability to transform spaces with precision and creativity has left a lasting impact on countless homes and businesses. His story is one of perseverance, continuous learning, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Jon Singleton
Superintendent
Jon was born in Hawaii and spent the first half of his life in Hawaii and California. The youngest of five in a military family, he moved to Kansas City, Missouri, with his family in 1994 and has called KC home ever since. Jon has been married for 28 years and is the proud father of three sons and two wonderful grandsons.
Jon has always enjoyed the outdoors, and as a teenager, he was drawn to the construction industry so he could work outside. He has built a successful career in construction spanning over 30 years.
Houston Zizza
Project Manager
Houston Zizza joined Dynamic Construction Group as a project manager in 2024 and is currently licensed in real estate. Prior to joining DCG, Houston spent 13 years working with one of Kansas City’s local unions, specializing in commercial concrete and building commercial structures. He is also skilled in multimedia, including photography, videography, video and audio editing, SEO, website design, and content creation.
