Bryan Singleton

Owner


John Trussell

Group Controller

Dynamic Construction Group Controller, John Trussell handles all of Dynamic’s finances and accounting. He has several years of experience as an accounting controller in the construction and property management field. Prior to joining the Dynamic team, John worked in local government as an Education, Training and Outreach Supervisor. An educator by trade, John spent his first ten years professionally as a special education teacher in the Kansas City area.


John is husband to the world’s greatest mom and father of two incredibly amazing boys. He spends most of his free time coaching his son’s baseball and football teams. John spends his time away from work and sports in nature, taking in the outdoors when he can. As an avid outdoorsman, John enjoys getting into nature, boating, floating, hiking, fishing, and just exploring the Lord’s incredible creation. Aside from his family, his loves include: the Miami Dolphins, Chicago Cubs, Batman and all things nerdy.

Kody Lamming

Project Manager

Kody is the father of a beautiful three-year-old girl and married to Chelsea Lamming, an amazingly supportive woman.


He has studied marketing management and is proud to be one of our project managers at Dynamic Construction Group.


Kody has been in the construction field for fifteen-plus years. He specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels with attention to the utmost detail in his projects. His favorite thing about the job is meeting clients, discussing their dreams for their home and implementing those into the project…and making friends with the clients pets.


Kody likes to say, “If the sky is the limit how did we get footprints on the moon?”




Steve Leshovsky

Project Manager

Steve is a 41-year resident of the Kansas City metro area and takes great interest in both the historical and architectural significance of Kansas City and the surrounding areas. During his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends, woodworking and carpentry projects. He also enjoys camping, canoeing and fishing in the spring and summer months.


Following his high school career, Steve began an apprenticeship with a local electrical contractor while also attending and successfully completing four years of school including on-the-job training to obtain an AAS in Electrical Theory through MCCKC and the Associated Builders and Contractors. Over his 23 years in the construction trades, Steve has gained both knowledge and understanding in all aspects of the building process and enjoys the opportunity to share his knowledge of the trades with the next generation.







Greg Quinn

Foreman

Greg is a dedicated individual who embarked on a journey of service and achievement early in life. Enlisting in the army at the age of 18, his commitment to hard work and punctuality was evident from the very beginning. Greg transitioned to the construction industry at the age of 22 and channeled his hard work into a successful career that spans over 27 years.


Throughout his extensive career in construction, Greg has built a reputation for his attention to detail and dedication to his craft. His journey started with humble beginnings, but his relentless pursuit of excellence has led him to become a respected figure in the remodeling sector. Greg's ability to transform spaces with precision and creativity has left a lasting impact on countless homes and businesses. His story is one of perseverance, continuous learning and a steadfast commitment to deliver results.







Dillon Garcia

Apprentice

Dillon is a passionate and motivated 20-year-old who has found his calling in the construction world. Currently an apprentice with Dynamic Construction Group, he is dedicated to honing his skills and making a mark in the industry.


Dillon’s journey began with a strong desire to excel. From the very start, he has been keen on ensuring that no detail go unnoticed. His commitment to delivering quality work shines through every project. Whether it’s meticulously handling intricate tasks or focusing on the big picture, he thrives on the sense of accomplishment that comes from producing top-notch results.


Dillon’s outgoing and aspiring nature fuels his drive to excel in construction. He firmly believes in the power of connections and actively seeks opportunities to network and learn from experienced professionals. Dillon’s desire to continue growing and evolving in the field is unwavering. He is excited to embrace challenges and new experiences that come his way.




William (Billy) Bond Jr.

Apprentice

The newest member to the Dynamic crew, is William Bond Jr., but everyone calls him Billy. He is a 31-year-old father of two beautiful girls, ages four and twelve.


Billy is in the process of improving his skills as an apprentice with Dynamic Construction Group. He always has a positive attitude and great energy while working with others and gets along well with everyone. Billy has been in the construction field for ten years. He welcomes the opportunity to increase those skills at DCG.









Justin Jones

Electrical Foreman

Justin has 20-plus years of experience in the construction industry. Since graduating from the American Builders and Contractors he has been dedicated to quality, efficiency and respect. Justin works hard to ensure the safety and satisfaction of each client.


When not servicing your home or business he enjoys spending downtime relaxing with his wife and kids, watching movies or working with his hands; building and developing new skills.










 Jon Singleton

Foreman

Jon was born in Hawaii. He spent the first half of his life in Hawaii and California. Jon is the youngest of five and came from a military family. He moved to Kansas City, Missouri with his family in 1994 and has been in KC ever since. He has been married for 28 years now and is the proud father of three sons and two amazing grandsons.


Jon has always enjoyed the outdoors. As a teenager, he gravitated to the construction industry so that he could work outside. He has worked in construction for over 30 years.









Miranda Singleton

Social Media Manager/Marketing

Miranda currently manages social media platforms for several different businesses including Dynamic Construction Group. She works closely with an outside marketing company to help implement marketing strategies for DCG.


After obtaining her Associates in Graphic Design she decided to stay at home with her two young boys and take on some freelance design work. Since then she has taken on various projects including owning and operating a small furniture repair and painting business out of the home.


Flash forward to the present day, Miranda is able to utilize her design skills to help companies create a professional presence online. Miranda and her Entrepreneur husband, Bryan Singleton (owner of DCG) have been together for 21 years and have two amazing boys. Some of her loves in life are her family and friends, finding any opportunity to be creative and use her crafting and art skills, reading, nature, traveling and spending her time at the baseball field watching her boys play.
